There could be a few reasons why you aren’t getting the high-quality scan output SCANIFY is capable of.
The first is to do with insufficient power: please ensure that your connectors are fully plugged in. If you are using a SCANIFY battery pack, please ensure it has more than 25% charge for best scan processing.
The other could be to do with your data transfer cable (the cable that connects SCANIFY to your PC or laptop): though it is not a common issue, we have had to supply replacement transfer cables before now.
